Hello! My name is Thomas R. Hammond Jr., and I was born on January 29, 1991, in Beaumont, Texas, and raised in the little southeast Texas town of Vidor. My journey in ministry began at the age of 13 doing Kids Crusades around the country, those experiences ignited a passion within me that has only grown stronger over the years. I have been blessed to serve in full-time ministry since I was 24, dedicating my life to guiding others on their spiritual journeys.

I graduated from Ozark Bible Institute and College in Neosho, Missouri in 2015, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in biblical literature with a minor in Missions. This education has provided me with a solid foundation in scripture and a deep understanding of the mission to spread the love of Jesus Christ to all corners of the world.

Throughout my ministry career, I have had the privilege of serving as a youth pastor and, more recently, as the Lead Pastor of Faith Assembly, my home church. This role is incredibly meaningful to me, as I not only serve the congregation but also pour my heart into creating a nurturing and uplifting environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. I am committed to fostering a strong community within the church, one that encourages spiritual growth and connection among its members. I have authored one book, Confidence In The Call, and am in the process of authoring two more books. The purpose of these books are to increase the spiritual knowledge and maturing of fellow believers.

As a husband and a proud father of two sons, my family is at the heart of everything I do. My wife and I strive to lead our family by example, living our lives according to biblical principles and instilling those principles in our children. We believe that leading with integrity and purpose is essential, and we work together to create a home that reflects our commitment to God and to serving others.

My desire is to meet people right where they are, to listen to their stories, and to guide them toward the only one who can truly change their lives—Jesus Christ. I am passionate about helping individuals discover their purpose and their potential through a relationship with Him. Whether it’s through preaching, counseling, or simply being present, I desire to provide support and encouragement to those in need.

Our pre-marital counseling consists of one-hour sessions for twelve weeks. using a workbook. You and your future spouse will learn how to:
