Hello, my name is Chelsi.
My health journey began just like I’m sure yours has. It began with a few minor issues that gradually grew more burdensome. My biggest symptoms were fatigue, anxiety, depression and rapid weight gain. But the issue that really started me down my health journey was digestive issues. The first few symptoms, I thought were just normal as a young adult, but the IBS… everyday outings became a challenge as I discreetly scouted every possible bathroom and stressed about any event where I couldn’t sneak away if I needed to. And then came the brain fog – so thick that even remembering a simple 4-digit code was impossible. I also struggled with acne, hormonal issues that caused me to have heavy periods and bad cramps, hair loss, headaches, achy joints and muscles, eczema, edema in my feet, ankles and hands, food sensitivities, allergies and asthma.
Like I said, I thought most of these symptoms were just the norm, something I had to accept as part of life. Then I started diving deep into the giant, overwhelming and everchanging void of health information. I listened to hours of health podcasts every day, I bought supplements, ran lab tests through a naturopath and then got certified to order them and run them on myself. I spent thousands on courses, mold tests and books trying it all until something stuck. My diet went from vegan to carnivore and everything in between, I was on a roller coaster but each turn left me more confused, more overwhelmed.
And then, finally, I stumbled upon a unique approach I’d never heard of before- German New Medicine and the MBR program. I can’t even explain in words how right it all felt. It was as though deep down, my gut just recognized this as the answer I had been searching for. As I kept learning more, I grew more excited. I did the work and found the answers within myself and I am so glad that I did. I never liked the idea of having to live a restricting life full of dieting and supplements just to function normally.
I’m thrilled to say that after digging deep, learning to trust myself and my body, and changing my outlook… life has transformed for me, even beyond the physical. I’m feeling more confident, more powerful and more unapologetically me than I have ever felt in my life. I’ve become the 2.0 version of myself- I've learned to love and trust myself, learned how to put myself first AND I no longer have to make a mental note when I pass by a bathroom, just in case (If you know, you know)!
Going through the program, the support I got from the coaches was my favorite thing. They weren’t in it for the followers or the supplement sales or clout. They had been in my shoes recently enough to remember what I was going through. And as someone who used to overthink and overanalyze situations, I needed someone genuine to keep me on track in a loving way.
I had been wanting to be a health coach for a long time before starting this program. I searched for answers all those years because I knew if I was struggling that much, then someone else out there was too. I wanted to find the answers for myself so that I could help others who had come up empty handed for years, just like me. And as someone who has tried it all and finally found results, I’m excited to help you find those results too.

I joined MBR to find the subconscious connections to anxiety, overwhelm, severe fatigue, difficulty sleeping, paresthesia, acne, mouth ulcers, headaches, seasonal allergies, thyroid imbalance, bloating, IBS, water retention, PMS, ovarian cysts, “lyme disease”, “epstein barr”.
As I had been conditioned to do, when my most distressing symptoms first started, I turned to conventional medicine ‘experts’ for a cure. For more than five years I went from doctor to doctor taking every test I possibly could and trying every drug that was recommended. When I had exhausted allopathy, I did the same with naturopathy: more tests, more drugs, endless supplements, and many diet restrictions. This led to even more discomfort, frustration, and confusion. I sought therapy from many different therapists. I found no solutions. Feeling afraid, defeated, and lost, I fervently began exploring different spiritual traditions and practices. I meditated, I practiced yoga and Qi Gong, and I even worked with different plant medicines. I gave up fighting my body and seeking answers outside myself.
After letting go of some control, answers and resources did begin to appear, and they led me to the MBR program. Since finishing the program, I am living life more and more as my 2.0 self, the woman I choose to be. My nervous system is calm. What a difference this makes in life! I have a new relationship to my body, to Nature, to fear, to all of Life. I trust my body, knowing that it is always doing exactly what it needs to do. When I began to relax, sleep better, and trust my body, my symptoms melted away. Restrictive diets, supplements, and Big Pharma drugs are old, antiquated tools of my past, distrusting self. The tools I use now are all within me, where my Power resides.
I loved my experience with the MBR program, mostly because it was effective. It guided me through the deep inner work that I needed to do. I truly loved every part of the program because each part helped me learn so much about why I had been living life the way I had, why I was experiencing the symptoms I was, and most importantly, how I could transform myself. I loved the structure of the program, getting to work with the same coach for eight months, and connecting with other students through the group calls. I now deeply appreciate the beginning stage of the MBR program: learning to relax and calm the nervous system. In all the things I had tried, I had never taken time to calm my nervous system the way MBR taught me to do. I had no idea how much I needed this until I began to notice how calm I was feeling.
I chose to join the MBR coaching team because what I learned through MBR became a way of life for me. Before MBR, I had wanted to dive deep into my inner work but I didn’t know how. Every approach I had found seemed to lack depth. MBR taught me a simple, structured, effective way to dive deep into the work. I feel passionate about continuing to transform myself and supporting women and men in their transformations.
Every day I feel grateful for the opportunity to work with the MBR team, to witness transformation all around me, and to keep transforming myself right along with you. I love sharing what I’ve learned and learning it even more deeply as a result. Witnessing a student’s ‘aha!’ moment is incredibly fun and gives me endless opportunities for celebration.
