With over 20 years of experience in holistic healing, I am a faith-based clinical counselor and life coach dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I hold a Certificate as a Faith-Based Clinical Counselor from the International Institute of Faith-Based Counseling and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Southern University, Houston, TX. My professional training includes completing the rigorous program at the Coaching Training Institute, widely recognized for its excellence in the coaching industry, and certification in the Prolympian PTSD Intervention Technique, enabling me to work effectively with trauma survivors.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, guiding them through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and spiritual struggles. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing and transformation are most effective when they address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
