The purpose of this Worksheet is to give me some context for YOU and what you're dealing with so our time is the most effective it can be and to ensure that the coaching you need is aligned with the types of clients I coach.
Please make sure that you note the time and date of your appointment. I realize that committing to a coaching appointment takes courage, and it can be difficult to follow through sometimes. If that's the case, please cancel your appointment within 24 hours. Being a "no show" prevents other clients from having the slot you chose and getting the help they need and also indicates to me that you aren't ready for this level of growth.
