In our coaching relationship we're going to be very interested in taking action that's going to move you forward in your life.

Accordingly, we're going to map out specific action steps that will constitute you making progress toward things that are important to you, things that are within your power to actually complete in a timely manner.

Please take a moment to brainstorm on how you'll make a strong habit of keeping up with your plans and ensuring your ability to execute on time.


In our coaching sessions, we're going to be distinguishing efforts that you can make in your real life to move you forward.  Naturally, then, these are going to be efforts outside of what you habitually already make time for.

We're going to take as granted that anything we plan, you agree is WORTH DOING.

Given the assumption that your action plan will be worth doing, how much time per week do you see yourself being able to make to take action on that plan?
