After completing your registration and paying the fee, you’ll gain access to The Leadership Coaching Fellowship On-Ramping Course. Here’s what you’ll do next:
• Complete your coaching agreement.
• Gain access to take your CliftonStrengths Assessment.
• Schedule your CliftonStrengths Debrief Coaching Session.
• Gain access to take your IRIS EQ Assessment.
• Schedule your IRIS Debrief Coaching Session.
These steps typically take 2–4 weeks to complete and are designed to prepare you for a successful coaching journey!
