Everyone is an unique individual whose concerns and challenges deserve an equally unique approach. In this month you will embark on a multi- dimensional approach to healing.

What's the coaching like?

1 month of coaching.

6-8 weeks is kind of our "month" we all move at their own pace.

Because the vital force is coached through energetic treatments and homeopathic remedies- much of how the healing occurs is subtle, and not dependent on "time spent in sessions"

Healing and new habits, motivation and the like evolves as a RESULT of the orientation towards self love, self healing that occurs when the Vital Force is activated to return to healing.

We start with one session. Depending on what you wish to accomplish we can meet for an hour or two.
- - - Some of what we may cover: Homeopathic Recovery and Healing, Microbiome nutritional support, Healing meal recipes, Proven behavior and practice strategies, Complementary modalities.

Immediately after the session:

- - Customized homeopathic daily formula, shipped overnight - and taken daily to assist in this first month of healing.. This is, for many, is the key to unlocking the self healing that has eluded them for years.

- Posted to the Coaching Portal:
  - - Your customized homeopathic next steps and anything else we discussed in our session for the next 4 weeks or so. (this is also an individualized designation) .

Follow up one to one sessions:
