Unmarking an Action Complete

In cases where you think a client hasn't quite completed an Action, you can unmark that Action complete. Head to the Past tab in your client's Actions and uncheck the Action for your client to keep working on it.

If the Action is part of an Action Project, unchecking it will mark it incomplete and return the Action to the Outstanding section of that Action Project.
