Sort of!

There's no way within the app itself for a client to choose their coach, that has to be managed by someone on the team through CoachAccountable's Coach-Client Pairing functionality.

BUT if we're talking about new clients getting set up, Offerings and Offering Collections enable and elegant way to do this, and the logic is 1-2-3:

1. An Offering is a way for a client to sign themselves up for a given program.
2. Each Offering you create can entail working some specific coach on your team
3. An Offering Collection lets a client peruse those Offerings, in turn choosing the coach they wish to work with.

Offering Collections themselves can be hosted on their own standalone page or as a widget you embed on your website.  Either way, your prospective clients can peruse the collection which can include descriptive information, and effectively choose who they want to work with.

For full customizability, you can make a page or pages on your website wherein your prospective clients can peruse whatever profiles or search mechanism to find their perfect coach.  At each individual coach endpoint you can embed (or link to) that coach's respective Offering, thus allowing your client to effectively choose and sign up to work with their coach of choice.
