If you do regular appointments with clients at the same time of day, you can quickly schedule a series of appointments by clicking the Make a series of appointments just like this one... link, found towards the bottom of the scheduling UI, as part of scheduling an appointment.

If you need to schedule more than twelve, you can do so by scheduling several series of Appointments, twelve at a time.
