Items that are themselves the source of responses for Reflections (Worksheets, Session Notes and Metrics) might have a Visibility Setting other than "Generally Available" (i.e. not necessarily visible to anyone who's allowed to see a given client).

To prevent data from leaking to unintended team members by way of Reflections, those items that are set to "Private" or "Just me and the client" will NOT be consulted for Reflection responses in Team Edition accounts.

In Basic accounts, when it's just the one coach who can have access to that client and thus would be the only author of data about that client, no such filtering applies.
